i'm happiest when i'm in a car going nowhere at full speed.
i want to be on a high way in a desert at night. surrounded by nothing but blackness and a sky full of stars and an occasional headlight or brakelight.
i can imagine how peaceful it would be. to be all alone in a world where there's too much sometimes. to be connected to everyone i care about still, by beam of satellite, but allowed to be so far away and exist only as myself.
still kept grounded by four wheels and speaks pulsing the perfect soundtrack, but alone in my head with only my thoughts.
what a gift.
